한국적인 의미로는 "기억 안나?" 뭐 이런 느낌입니다.

사전적 의미로는 "들어본 적이 있는 것 같다[(들어보니) 낯이 익다]" 이렇게 길게 늘어 놓았지만, 이렇게 길게 생각하면서 사용할만한 문장이 아니라는 것이죠.

 미국 애니메이션 속 캐릭터가 아이디어나 어떤 좋은 생각이 나면, 머리 위에 종 하나가 나오는 걸을 보신적이 있을 겁니다.
어린시절 미국 애니메이션을 보신적이 있으시다면 공감 하실 부분이죠.
